ESTACA, CEBU — In a powerful demonstration of environmental stewardship and community solidarity, the Green Rose Center for Academe, Inc. (GRCA) family rolled up their sleeves to participate in the Estaca River and Coastal Clean-Up Drive 2026.
Driven by a shared spirit of volunteerism and teamwork, the "Greenian Family" dedicated their time and energy to clearing debris and restoring the natural beauty of Estaca’s vital waterways and shorelines.
The initiative directly reflects GRCA’s core values of environmental preservation and its collective responsibility to protect and nurture God’s creation. Beyond just picking up waste, the clean-up drive served as a hands-on lesson in civic duty for the participants, emphasizing the importance of keeping local ecosystems thriving.
“Gamay nga lihok, dako nga kausaban” (Small actions, big changes).
This local maxim perfectly captured the essence of the day. The event proved that when individuals unite with a singular purpose, their collective efforts can create a massive wave of positive impact.
