GREEN ROSE CENTER FOR ACADEME INC. — In a beautiful display of devotion and camaraderie, the Grade 11 Senior High School students, together with their class advisers, solemnly celebrated the Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel on July 16, 2026. The celebration highlighted prayer, reflection, and fellowship, reinforcing the core values of faith, gratitude, and unity within the school community.
A Nine-Day Journey of Devotion
As part of their spiritual preparation, the students faithfully participated in a nine-day Novena in Honor of Our Lady of Mount Carmel from July 7 to July 16, 2026. This period of daily devotion offered the Senior High students a quiet space to strengthen their faith, deepen their personal relationship with God, and seek the loving guidance and intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary amid their academic journeys.
Fellowship, Food, and Togetherness
The culmination of the feast day on July 16 was marked by a simple yet deeply meaningful fellowship. Students from various sections gathered for a potluck celebration, generously sharing home-cooked meals and treats with one another.
More than just a shared lunch, the event beautifully mirrored Christian values. It transformed into a lively celebration of togetherness, reminding the young academic community that faith is best expressed through love, compassion, and mutual support.
